Laptops can be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
Items that are damaged, broken, or burned are not eligible for return.
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase if the laptop is in its original, unused condition.
Damaged or tampered warranty stickers will void the warranty.
Our warranty is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims do not cover display-related issues.
To process a warranty claim, the original product must be presented.
