Supreme Traders Delivery Process

1. Order Placement:

Customers can place their laptop order via website, WhatsApp, or phone call.
Complete delivery details are required: name, address, contact number, and preferred delivery time.

2. Advance Payment (if applicable):

Karachi: PKR 500 advance or COD available.
Other Cities: PKR 1,500 advance required for shipping; remaining amount can be paid on delivery (COD).

3. Order Confirmation:

Once the order and advance (if applicable) are received, our team confirms the order via WhatsApp, call, or email.
A tracking/order number is shared for reference.

4. Processing & Packaging:

The laptop is carefully checked for quality and condition.
It is securely packaged in original packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Warranty stickers and all accessories are verified.

5. Shipment & Delivery:

Karachi: Delivery within 1–3 business days.
Other Cities: Shipment dispatched via courier within 2–5 business days with tracking details provided.

6. Delivery & Handover:

Customer (or authorized recipient) must inspect the laptop at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
Remaining payment for COD orders is collected at the time of delivery.

7. Post-Delivery Support:

Customers can reach out for warranty claims, exchanges, or technical support.
Any product-related concern should be reported within the specified return or warranty period.
